 We used Kristen Cole as the health care advocate and care manager for our loved one.  She had the knowledge, experience and contacts to provide care well.  This was during a difficult time as our loved one was diagnosed as being terminal and then passed.

My uncle, a recent widower, had both chronic and expanding medical issues that we realized needed more comprehensive and regular attention. As his only remaining family was 1000 miles away, we contracted with Kristen and it was the best thing to happen to my uncle and his far away family. 

She was a godsend. Kristen formed a kind, compassionate relationship with my uncle that he greatly appreciated. She took charge of his medical treatment, coordinating and attending all of his appointments, ensuring that he was getting consistent care and attention from all his medical providers.

She was also very proficient in keeping me informed about issues with frequent and concise communication.  She became like a member of the family. Thank God for Kristen!
